My name is Marc Megna. I spent my entire life immersed in the world of health and fitness. Though I didn’t start off that way, my upbringing is a story of an un-athletic, undisciplined young person, who always dreamt of something better. I was extremely fortunate to be surrounded by several passionate teachers, coaches, and health professionals. It is my life’s work to find the most efficient ways to improve mind, body and soul through ones health. Marc was Drafted by the New York Jets in the 1999 Draft and played several seasons in the NFL and CFL for the Jets, Patriots, Bengals, and Montreal Alouettes. The two-time All-America attended the University of Richmond and has a BA in Sociology. Born and Raised in Fall River, Massachusetts. Marc now lives full time in Miami Beach, FL

After years of competitive sports, numerous injuries and various dieting tactics, Briana’s appreciation for the human body and its ability to change and heal itself led her to study nutrition and physical training much more in depth; achieving the status of a highly sought after personal trainer and diet guru. She has traveled all over the East Coast and into the Midwest training everyone from 8 years old to 80 years old in almost every environment imaginable.
After launching a women’s protein line in 2006, Briana became the company’s guinea pig by training to become an award winning NPC Figure Competitor. The knowledge she gained from such extreme training and dieting has greatly benefited her clients from all fitness levels. Briana went on to launch Simply B, (www.SimplyB.us) the active lifestyle company in Tampa, FL focused on individual and community growth through education, resources and programs that excite and encourage people to become active participants with their health, families, work and community.
