It is often said that bee pollen is nature’s most complete food. Human consumption of bee pollen is praised in the Bible, other religious books, and ancient Chinese and Egyptian texts. Bee pollen helps rejuvenate the body, stimulate glands and organs, enhance vitality, and bring about a longer life span. Bee pollen’s ability to consistently and noticeably increase energy levels makes it a favorite substance among many world class athletes and those interested in sustaining and enhancing quality performance. In addition there are many health benefits of honey.

Bee propolis, also often called Nature’s penicillin, has long been used as a treatment for mitosis, ulcers, TB, colitis, and as a boost to immunity. Bee propolis destroys fungi, viruses and bacteria, even those resistant to penicillin, like staphyloccocus. Contained are bioflavonoids, and one of these is a natural antibiotic. Also, immune functioning is boosted by bee propolis, specifically through increasing the activity of phagocytes. Bee propolis stops inflammation through the inhibition of prostaglandin production.

Bee propolis is a resin gathered by bees from plants and used in building the hive. Bees have been practicing sterilization habits long before humans ever did. The bee hive is the most sterile place in nature. Propolis is the natural substance responsible for neutralizing any bacteria, fungi or virus which enters the hive. One of the most powerful foods found in nature, propolis is a highly complex mixture of waxes, resins, balsams, oils and a small amount of pollen.

Bee propolis is a waxy substance collected by honey bees which contains phytotonizides. Immunity factors are thought to be contained in phytotonizides that when used internally stimulate it and act like a natural antibiotic giving it natural resistance to diseases. Propolis is gathered from all around the world, and proper temperature control will assure maximum freshness and consistency.

Bee propolis is an excellent supplement against bacterial infections. Stimulates ‘phagocytosis’; helping white blood cells get rid of bacteria. Good results against ulcers, acne, halitosis, tonsilitis, dry cough, and inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. The body’s immune system is stimulated. Of course the queen bee is crucial , consequently there are healthy queen bees for sale.

Royal jelly has a complex chemical structure, it is produced as food for larva by the young nurse bees. Although royal jelly may not equal bee pollen in popularity, it does so in salutary effects.

The young nurse bees make royal jelly, it is a secretion from glands on the tops of their heads. For two to three days, during the maturation process, young larvae are fed only royal jelly, while for queen larvae, it is their only food the for the rest of their lives. During the three days that worker larvae are feeding on royal jelly, they reach their maximum development; their weights multiply by around 250 times more. The queen, who gets to eat only royal jelly her entire life, matures earlier than the workers by five days; and, when she is fully grown, her weight is double that of the working bee. The span of the worker bee’s life is about 35-40 days; while the queen lives to about 5-6 years and is very prolific. She gets fertilized once, and from then can lay as many as 3,000 eggs every day during the season. As incredible as this may seem, she can lay that many eggs for five years.

This rich concentrated food is not just useful for the bees. It has large amounts of vitamins, lipids, proteins, glucides, hormones, mineral substances, enzymes, and specific vital factors that act as biocatalysts in cell regeneration processes inside the body.
